1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and governs the relationship between the self-employed citizen of the Russian Federation, Iuliia Stanislavovna Shchelkunova, TIN 773127979354 (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and any individual who accepts the terms of this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
1.2. The Offer is published on the website www.guided-nutrition.com and applies to all remote consulting services provided by the Service Provider.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer signifies the Client’s full and unconditional agreement with all its terms.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider offers the Client individual, advisory consulting services aimed at improving the Client’s physical well-being. These services are not medical in nature.
2.2. Consultations may include analysis of questionnaire responses, food diary, lifestyle information, laboratory test results, and other information provided by the Client.
2.3. All recommendations are for informational and advisory purposes only and do not constitute medical assistance, medical diagnosis, or treatment.
2.4. The Service Provider is not a licensed medical professional and does not engage in medical practice.
2.5. The activities of the Service Provider under this Offer are not subject to licensing according to current Russian law.
3. Terms of Service
3.1. The Client provides the necessary information and agrees on the date of the consultation with the Service Provider.
3.2. Full payment (100%) is required after the date has been agreed and all necessary information has been submitted.
3.3. The consultation is provided no earlier than 5–7 calendar days after the complete set of information is received, or as individually agreed upon.
3.4. Services are provided remotely via audio or video communication.
3.5. If a consultation is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the service is considered rendered.
3.6. Refunds are not issued for services rendered or prepared, except in cases explicitly stipulated by Russian law.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Client independently decides whether to follow the recommendations and bears full responsibility for their implementation.
4.2. The Service Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from improper application of recommendations, or from undisclosed or undiagnosed health conditions of the Client.
4.3. All recommendations are informational and do not replace professional medical care.
4.4. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the consultations do not substitute for a medical examination, diagnosis, or professional medical advice.
5. Personal Data Processing
5.1. By providing personal data, the Client consents to its processing in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.”
5.2. The data is used exclusively for providing consulting services and is not shared with third parties.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer at any time without prior notice. The current version is published on the website.
6.2. All disputes are to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in court at the Service Provider’s place of registration.
6.3. Acceptance of the Offer confirms that the Client has read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to its terms.
